At Bull Energy Private Limited, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, here's how our return and refund process works.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- Product label and seal must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required
- Product must not be expired at the time of return request
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed supplements, protein powders, or drinks
- Products purchased during clearance sales
- Perishable items (energy bars after seal is broken)
- Body care products with broken seals
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@bullenergy.co.in with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the product back using the provided address (return shipping is at buyer's cost for non-defective items)
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue
- We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund
- No return shipping charges for defective products
6. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI account or bank account)
- For COD orders, refund will be transferred to your bank account (NEFT)
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge
- Once an order is marked "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled
- To cancel, email support@bullenergy.co.in with your order number
- If payment was already made, full refund will be processed within 7 days
